I have proudly served as a State Farm agent since 2007 and have nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. I am a second-generation State Farm agent, born and raised in Miami, and I'm passionate about helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Our multilingual team proudly serves customers throughout Miami, Coral Gables, and the surrounding communities.

Our agency offers health insurance, a Simple IRA, paid time off and sick leave, a paid parking pass, monthly team bonuses, and an annual performance bonus. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Gus Cisneros - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
