ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I have proudly served as a State Farm agent since 2007 and have nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. I am a second-generation State Farm agent, born and raised in Miami, and I'm passionate about helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Our multilingual team proudly serves customers throughout Miami, Coral Gables, and the surrounding communities.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Gus Cisneros - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
